Subrogation Guidelines

Subrogation is the right of one person pursuing a claim on the behalf of another. Subrogation is commonly practiced in insurance claims i.e. when an insurance company tried to recoup expenses paid out on a claim because the other party involved should have been liable for a portion of the paid expenses.
