Client Late for Appointment
Client arrives late for a scheduled appointment:
- Search for the client’s appointment in VeritySourceTM and if an appointment is found determine if the client is or will be late (more than 10 minutes past scheduled appointment time).
- If client is/will be late inform client what their options will are:
- Standby (not a guarantee to be seen by an interviewer)
- Reschedule their appointment at front desk or call the call center at 512-978-8130.
- Reschedule appointment if client requests.
