Client arrives late for a scheduled appointment:

  1. Search for the client’s appointment in VeritySourceTM and if an appointment is found determine if the client is or will be late (more than 10 minutes past scheduled appointment time).
  2. If client is/will be late  inform client what their options will are:
    1. Standby (not a guarantee to be seen by an interviewer)
    2. Reschedule their appointment at front desk or call the call center at 512-978-8130.
  3. Reschedule appointment if client requests.
